PROBLEM
Acorn Cabinets has been designing and installing high-end cabinetry in the Seattle area for years. They had an existing website but wanted to replace it with one that had a more modern look and the ability for the Acorn staff to update key website content.
SOLUTION
Happy Duck Media was hired to complete the work and did the following:
- Designed a responsive website with a refreshed look that incorporated the materiality from the high-end wood that is used in their designs
- Created a digitized version of the existing logo
- Developed a custom content management system in PHP based on the Expression Engine platform
IMPACT
- New customer engagement through online catalogs of door styles
- Improved ability to showcase ongoing work through an interactive gallery of past work
